Storyline:
A serial killer from Mumbai has just been discovered to be terrorising the city, claiming up to four new victims every week. This individual goes by the name of Dheer Singh and he’s been wreaking havoc on the Southside these past few weeks after reports have emerged that he is even more violent and dangerous than previously thought. As a matter of fact, this evil man is so twisted that not only does he take away life in a violent way (much like his accused counterpart Rakesh), but he even wears a large smiley face mask as well as he commits each one of these crimes! However, unlike Rakesh who was brought to justice at least eight years ago, it looks like authorities are still investigating whether or not this monster will ever be caught.
